To cancel an online order (please note that cancellation must be received within 1 hour of order receipt from our mail server, otherwise the order has already been processed) please write: jkraft@nrgwomen.com
To cancel your Club Renee membership....please see the CANCEL page that is available in the club. I do not recommend that you write to me or any other email address to cancel. We will only be responsible for those cancellations that are acquired through the CANCEL submission form.

DO NOT email Renee asking her to send you pictures or mpegs or anything else for that matter. She does not do it...and will never do it. She updates her club site with new content....be appreciative and support her site in some manner!! Don't ever complain to her if you don't like any changes she's done to her site unless you've supported her site in some fashion and have a right to voice your opinion. This is her site....not yours.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE....DO NOT EMAIL RENEE PICTURES OR ATTACHMENTS UNLESS YOU FOREWARN HER! She does not look at pictures or open any attachment that she IS NOT expecting!
Renee receives a lot of email (don't ask "how much") and tries to answer each and every one as soon as she can...there may be a few days before you hear back from her. Why? Because she has many other interests in life as well as jobs to do aside from her internet life!
IF YOU DO NOT GET A RESPONSE from me - please check the following:... Is the email address on your account set-up invalid? Check the return email or the Reply-to email address on your computer. Almost 45% of the email that I receive have erroneous information here. This email gets returned to me as "undeliverable". If your email is insulting or total bullshit....don't expect a response from me either. I report harrassment and also block email accounts all the time. Let's be mature adults.....

I did write this page...sorry for the third person perspective. Sometimes I forget who I am!!! ha ha! I hope that this page clarifies some of the rare occassions that occur and helps to send you in the right direction instead of getting shuffled around all day from one person to another. Please help me out by following the suggestions from above!!
